By booking or subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Consultation fees paid for completed or ongoing consultations are non-refundable, as doctors allocate their professional time and expertise upon confirmation of your booking.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Doctor Unavailability: If your confirmed consultation is canceled by the doctor and no suitable alternative doctor or time slot is provided.
  • Technical Failures: If a consultation cannot proceed due to verified technical issues on our Platform and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you are charged more than once for the same booking due to a payment processing error.
  • Subscription Errors: If you are mistakenly charged for a subscription or package plan that you did not purchase.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the payment date by contacting [email protected].
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–15 working days, subject to your bank/payment gateway’s timelines.
  • Proof of transaction (such as payment receipt or transaction ID) may be required to process your request.

4. Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • Change of mind after booking a consultation.
  • Unsatisfaction with the doctor’s professional advice or outcome.
  • Failure to attend a confirmed consultation without prior notice.
  • Issues caused by your own device, internet connectivity, or failure to follow technical instructions.

Amerck Care Online OPD reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
